His extensive portfolio encompasses involvement in mega projects across different continents, where he has skillfully applied Blind Side waterproofing techniques and various product solutions for achieving top-notch waterproofing outcomes.
Payam serves as the Building Envelope Representative at Soprema BC, boasting nearly 8 years of dedicated service within the company. His area of specialization centers on below-grade waterproofing systems, with a strong emphasis on BSW (Below-Grade Waterproofing) solutions.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from BCIT and a wealth of industry experience spanning a decade, Payam plays a pivotal role in the training of applicators, ensuring they acquire the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel. Moreover, he actively engages in delivering presentations to Developers, General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers, where he adeptly elucidates comprehensive waterproofing strategies and solutions.
