OMAR ABU HOLY: Territory Specification Manager – Western Canada Commerical & Residential Sales – BC & Yukon

Omar is an experienced technical sales and specifications professional with an education background in civil engineering. He started his career as a site engineer in Dubai, moving to technical sales and specification selling in 2009. He has covered multiple roles across different countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain before moving to Canada and getting his CTR certification from Construction Specifications Canada. He has worked with many construction materials including insulation, cladding, passive fire protection, and finishing products. 

RYAN FOSTER: ROCKWOOL Architectural Manager, Central Canada

Ryan has held numerous positions in the construction industry including estimator, project manager, and contractor. For the past 9 years with ROCKWOOL, he has supported business development, initially based out of Vancouver and now out of Southern Ontario, with his current role as Architectural Manager – Central Canada. He has advanced knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices, building science, and enclosure design. He has long been an advocate for designing more energy efficient buildings and has been closely involved with award winning Passive House projects, as well as improving the energy efficiency of hundreds of buildings.
